Service Description
Package Includes 1 Hour of Session Time: A personalized photoshoot at a location of your choice, whether at home, a favorite outdoor spot, or a studio setting. Professional Photographer: Our skilled photographer will guide you through poses and capture genuine moments, highlighting your beautiful baby bump. Minimum of 15 High-Resolution Edited Images: Receive a collection of beautifully edited images, perfect for printing and sharing with family and friends. Online Gallery: Access your images through a private online gallery, allowing for easy downloads, sharing, and print orders. Sneak Peek: Enjoy a selection of 5 edited images within 48 hours, ideal for sharing on social media.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Deposit: - A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to secure your date. - The remaining balance is due after the session culminates. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit. - Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances can be accommodated with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Please note that rescheduling will also result in the loss of the original deposit. 3. Session Details: - The session will last for 1 hour. Additional time can be added at an hourly rate if desired. - Clients must communicate their preferred location in advance. Travel beyond 25 mile radios of Carol Stream, IL. 4. Client Responsibilities: - Clients should arrive on time to maximize the session. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; beyond that, the photographer may reach out to discuss cancellation, resulting in forfeiture of the deposit. - Clients are encouraged to bring any personal items or props they’d like to include, such as ultrasound photos, baby shoes, or sentimental items. 5. Image Delivery: - Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2-3 weeks after the photoshoot. - A sneak peek of 5 edited images will be provided within [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours]. 6. Copyright & Usage: - The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a print release for personal use. - The photographer may use images for promotional purposes unless a written request to opt-out is made. 7. Liability: - The photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the photoshoot. - In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, the photographer will make every effort to provide an alternative solution. 8. Additional Services: - Any add-ons (e.g., partner or family inclusion, custom albums) must be requested in advance and are subject to additional fees.
