Service Description

Package Includes: - Enjoy a relaxed and fun photoshoot at a location of your choice, whether it’s your home, a park, or a scenic backdrop 25 mile radius of Carol Stream, IL. Locations beyond 25 miles are acceptable but are subject to price change. - Professional Photographer: Our experienced photographer will guide you through poses and candid moments to capture your family's unique personality. - 10 to 15 High-Resolution Edited Images: Receive a selection of beautifully edited images, perfect for printing and sharing. - Online Gallery: Access your images through a private online gallery, where you can easily download, share, and order prints. - Sneak Peek: Get a selection of edited images within 48 hours, ideal for sharing on social media.

Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Deposit: - A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to secure your date. - The remaining balance is due the day off after the the session culminates. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: - Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit. - Rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances can be accommodated with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. We totally get we live in IL and its wild therefore we are also open to wild weather changes. ;) 3. Session Details: - The session will last for 30 min. Additional time can be added at an hourly rate if desired. - Clients must communicate their preferred location in advance. Travel beyond 25 miles from the photographer’s base may incur additional travel fees. 4. Client Responsibilities: - Clients should arrive on time to maximize the session and ensure all family members are present. - we understand that traffic can be a pain or kids can delay us. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive later than this, the photographer will reach out via text to discuss the situation, and the session may be canceled, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit. - Clients are responsible for coordinating outfits and any props they wish to include. 5. Image Delivery: - Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2-4 weeks after the photoshoot. - A sneak peek of 5 edited images will be provided within 48 hours. 6. Copyright & Usage: - The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a print release for personal use. - The photographer may use images for promotional purposes unless a written request to opt-out is made. 7. Liability: - The photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the photoshoot. - In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, the photographer will make every effort to provide an alternative solution. 8. Additional Services: - Any add-ons (e.g., albums, extended sessions) must be requested in advance and are subject to additional fees.
