Package Includes: Up to 4 Hours of Coverage: Enjoy flexible coverage that captures the ceremony, candid moments, and intimate portraits without feeling rushed. One Photographer: Our skilled photographer will ensure that every precious moment is captured with a creative eye. Online Gallery: Receive a beautifully curated online gallery within 2 weeks, allowing you to share and download your images easily. 50 High-Resolution Edited Images: Select your favorite moments from the day to be professionally edited and delivered in high resolution. Sneak Peek: Get a selection of 10 edited images within 48 hours, perfect for sharing on social media. Travel Included: Coverage within a 50-mile radius of the studio is included, making it easy to celebrate wherever you choose.
Cancellation Policy
Our Policies 1. Booking & Deposit: - A non-refundable deposit 50% of the total package is required to secure your date. - The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the wedding. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: - In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. - Rescheduling requests should be made at least 30 days in advance. Availability will be subject to the photographer's schedule. 3. Coverage & Timing: - The agreed-upon hours of coverage will be strictly adhered to. Additional hours can be added at an hourly rate if requested during the event. - Clients must provide a detailed schedule of the day’s events to ensure all key moments are captured. 4. Client Responsibilities: - The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits for shooting in specific locations. - The client should ensure that family members and guests are aware of the photographer's presence and cooperate for posed shots. 5. Image Delivery: - Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2-3 weeks after the wedding. - A sneak peek selection of images will be provided within 48 hours. 6. Copyright & Usage: - The photographer retains copyright to all images. The client receives a print release for personal use. - The photographer may use the images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 7. Additional Services: - Any add-ons (e.g., albums, prints) must be requested and paid for separately and are subject to additional policies. 8. Liability: - The photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the wedding day. Of course we will always aim to be careful and respectful. - In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, the photographer will do their best to provide an alternative solution. By adhering to these policies, we can ensure a smooth and enjoyable photography experience on your wedding day.
